Setor AI integrates with the three most popular scheduling tools for high-ticket sales. Once connected, your AI setter sends booking links at the right moment in the conversation — not at the start, not randomly, but after a lead has been qualified and expressed genuine interest. The result is calls that show up in your calendar automatically, without anyone on your team manually sending a link or chasing a response.

Supported Integrations

Calendly is the most widely used scheduling tool among coaches, consultants, and course creators. It offers a clean, familiar booking experience for leads and connects easily to most calendar systems.Best suited for: Individual coaches, solo consultants, and small teams who want a straightforward, reliable booking page.Key capabilities Setor AI uses:
  • Single booking page links sent at the point of qualification
  • Round-robin scheduling (if you have multiple closers, Calendly distributes calls across your team automatically)
  • Reminder emails sent directly by Calendly after a call is booked
Setup notes: Share your Calendly booking page URL with your success manager during onboarding. No API key or deep integration is required — Setor AI sends the link and Calendly handles everything from there.

How to Connect Your Calendar

Your success manager handles the full configuration during your onboarding call. No developer access or technical setup is required on your side.
1

Share your booking page URL

Before or during your onboarding call, send your success manager the booking link you want Setor AI to use. This can be a Calendly page, a Cal.com page, or a GoHighLevel booking URL.
2

Your success manager configures the integration

Your success manager sets up Setor AI to deliver your booking link at the right moment in the conversation — after a lead has been qualified and shown genuine interest, not upfront. This timing is what separates a booked call from an ignored link.
3

Test the full booking flow

During your setup call, you and your success manager test the end-to-end experience: a message comes in, the AI qualifies it, the link is sent, and a call appears in your calendar. You confirm everything is working before going live.
4

Monitor bookings in both places

Once live, track your booked calls in both your calendar tool and the Setor AI analytics dashboard. The dashboard shows you the conversation that led to each booking, so you can see what is working and what your success manager should optimize.
You can change your booking link at any time by contacting your success manager. If you switch from Calendly to GoHighLevel, or create a new booking page, just send the updated link and your success manager will reconfigure the integration.

What Happens After a Call Is Booked

When Setor AI sends a booking link and a lead completes the scheduling, the following happens automatically:
  1. The DM conversation is updated. Setor AI confirms the booking in the same thread, so the lead sees a clear confirmation in their Instagram DMs.
  2. Your calendar tool sends its own reminders. Calendly, Cal.com, and GoHighLevel each have their own email reminder systems. These go out automatically based on your calendar tool’s settings, not Setor AI’s.
  3. The call is logged in your Setor AI dashboard. You can see which conversation led to the booking, how many messages it took, and whether any follow-ups were needed before the lead committed.
Use a dedicated booking page for Setor AI calls — separate from your general calendar link — so you can instantly see which calls came through your Instagram DM automation. Most calendar tools let you create multiple event types or pages at no extra cost.
