# Setor AI Partner Program: Earn Up to 35% Monthly Commission

> Refer clients to Setor AI and earn 10–35% of what they pay, every month for 12 months. Commission tiers rise as you refer more clients.

The Setor AI Partner Program pays you a monthly commission for every client you introduce to Setor AI. Rates start at 10% and rise to 35% as you refer more clients — with a 12-month commission window per referred client. You don't deliver anything after the introduction: Setor AI handles all onboarding and ongoing success management.

## Commission Structure

Your commission rate is set by how many active referred clients you have at the moment a new client signs up — then locked to that client permanently. Rates are not retroactive: a client you referred at the Starter rate stays at 10% even after you reach Legend.

## Key Terms

* **12-month commission window** — commission runs for 12 months from the referred client's first payment, then stops. The client continues to count toward your tier and rewards after that.
* **5% second-tier commission** — refer another partner and earn 5% on the revenue from the clients they bring in.
* **Paid 30 days after the client's payment clears** — the delay covers the refund window.
* **45-day grace period on failed payments** — if a client's payment fails, the referral stays alive for 45 days rather than closing on the first missed invoice.

## Rewards

Rewards are earned on collected revenue from your direct referrals, counted 45 days after each payment clears. Every reward is reviewed and granted by a human — never automatically.
